Tactical Medical Solutions also offers a mass casualty response backpack which can be configured several different ways – with a center tube which can hold either a rolled evacuation litter OR stacked individual trauma kits which one could keep pulling out from the bottom – like a dispenser – to toss to the next person who needed one in a mass casualty event.
I was very impressed with the Tactical Medical Solutions product line and will be checking out their kits for my own personal use in the future.
