While out on patrol, these soldiers from the 3/7 Infantry were fired on by a lone fighter with an RPG while patrolling the Logar Province, Afghanistan.
In a crazy stroke of blind luck, the RPG bounces off the ground just in front of a soldier, caroms into the air and detonates safely overhead.
