Taking on raw kevlar in a ballistics challenge (VIDEO)

Demolition Ranch lucked into a stack of kevlar fabric sheets which, naturally, leads to a bunch of rounds downrange of varying calibers to see just what this stuff will stop.

At first it’s not very impressive, with a .22LR rocking through a single sheet like so much raw cotton. However, when they start adding layers, it gets kinda neat– especially when they break out the ceramic dinner plates, watermelon and Deagles.

How about 52 layers of kevlar fabric vs. a .50BMG?
