Rocking Out With Aero Precision SHOT Show 2019

What Else Was On Tap?

Aero Precision had a whole line of rifles out for display and to fire. This included one of my favorites, the M5E1 enhanced 12.5 inch 308 upper. This little guy was light, loud, and bright. However, muzzle rise and recoil weren’t bad and the gun was plenty controllable.

There was also a dedicated suppressed 300 Blackout rifle that was ultra comfortable to shoot. This 300 Blackout upper is designed to be used with a suppressor and they downsized the gas port to reduce the gas being tossed in your face when shooting suppressed. I will say it works, and you’ll still get gassed a little but a lot less than you should from a suppressed, short barreled gun.

Then you had some standard carbines, including their M4 clone. Every rifle was used and abused with hundreds of rounds down range in a very short period of time. The guns performed admirably and shooters from all spectrums of experience were launching lead downrange and having a blast doing so. The guns also functioned without issue after what had to be thousands of rounds through them.

Aero Precision did it right and plenty of smiling faces were seen coming and leaving their booth.
