Mud testing the Mosin-Nagant (VIDEO)

Karl and Ian from InRange TV went Eastern Front with their latest installment of testing classic military weapons by gooping a defenseless Mosin-Nagant rifle in the name of research.

The 1937-vintage Tula 91/30 lacked a front sight but was otherwise in working condition before they dropped it in the muck (safety off out of consideration for the bolt) and managed to get the first shot off when it emerged.

That’s when the borscht hit the fan.
