Gear in the Wild: Special Operators conduct Ability to Survive and Operate (ATSO) exercises

U.S. Air Force 353rd Special Operations Group Airmen run through various emergency response procedures during an Ability to Survive and Operate (ATSO) exercise Nov. 3, 2017, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The integrated ATSO and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) readiness exercise educated Airmen on protective measures for CBRN defense.
