Women are a a very fast growing segment of shooters. They represent a large portion of new NRA memberships and can be found in abundance at local CPL classes. Personally I can attest to the fact that the last 3 CPL classes I have been to had more women than men in them. However new female shooters I have spoken to are often put off by Gun Shop employees or a lack of reviews, blogs and news that is specific to the issues and challenges that females face. Having patient teachers and helpful reviews with a slant towards the issues that face these new shooters is going to be a key factor in how involved women become in the sport.
It is great to see more female shooters becoming not only participants but active supporters and educators to their peers. Falia who I believe is a Michigan native is one such shining example. You can find general gun reviews, product reviews and reviews specifically geared towards women and those of smaller stature on her YouTube channel.

When my wife first started looking into choices for concealed carry Falia was my first recommendation to her. I only hope that as time continues we see more and more intelligent and helpful members of the community step up to assist the n00bs like Falia has.
